NOTE: Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled program. Seating cannot be guaranteed for ticket holders who arrive after the program begins. Empty seats may be resold; no refunds will be issued.

If a screening is sold out by the time you submit the ticket request, you may join “Rush Line,” which forms one hour before showtime.

Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges. If you have made a significant purchase in error, please email boxoffice@asiancinevision.org with the subject heading “REFUND REQUEST” and we will review your email.

All-Access Gold Pass

$300 – Gold Pass grants admission to all of the festivals screenings and events, including Feature Presentations.

Cine Pass

$110 – Cine Pass grants admission to all general screenings during the festival.

You can purchase tickets and passes through Elevent here. You can also purchase tickets and passes at our Guest Services table during the festival.

A rush line for sold out screenings will form one hour before the start of the program. Any empty seats at the start of the screening will be re-sold to those waiting on the rush line.

In order to fulfill your pass/packages you will first need to go to the Elevent website (https://www.goelevent.com ) and log into the account you created upon your purchase. From there you will need to go back to our landing page (https://www.goelevent.com/AAIFF/e/Search) and add the films you’d like to see to your cart. When you go to checkout you should see that the tickets you’ve selected are priced at zero dollars. If that is the case just proceed with the rest of the checkout process and everything should be taken care of.
